Where’s my tree? March 08

Nigel recieved a call from Help For Wildlife about a Koala at a building site in Cranbourne. Neighbours first thought the misplaced marsupial was a possum, Nigel soon had the young male Koala down from his misplaced tree and he was sent to a Koala rehabilitation site in Tyabb.

This male Koala was hit by a car in Cranbourne but luckily for him he only sustained minor injuries, the people that hit the Koala stayed with him till Nigel arrived, he was then taken to a Wildlife shelter and was released back in good health to the area he came from 5 days later.
